Till this day, whenever I hear the word “hero,” I automatically think of “superheroes,” iconic fictitious ridiculously good looking heroic figures such as Superman or Harry Potter. However, believe it or not, being attractive and possessing a cape and the ability to practice super powers such as incredible strength or speed, are not prerequisites for becoming a hero.

 

Fictitious and mythical superheroes have set society’s standards of an ideal non-fictitious hero quite high however, there are ways in the real world to become a fraction of how awesome these heroes are. The truth is that in-order to become a hero, all you need is a heroic imagination that can propel you to take heroic action. The decisions we make to take good small action in our daily life yield much more power that we can possibly imagine.  Simply giving a hug or helping someone in need once a day can bring much of a difference to the world.
